class A1 anchor devices
Clear Cleaning are now able to offer you the additional service of Eye bolt installation and the annual testing of eye bolts from their in house Access Consultant.
The new working at height regulations 2005 or WAHR ensure that all work at height is planned, organised and carried out safely. WAHR set out important health and safety requirements for working at height in all work places.
Work at height includes any work where the risk of falling needs to be controlled, irrespective of the equipment being used. Anyone who is involved directly or indirectly with work at height needs to be aware of these regulations. These regulations apply to architects and property managers who have a duty of care to properly manage the safety of contractors working under their control.
Clear Cleaning use a British Manufacturer and supplier who has been involved in the design and manufacture of safety eyebolts for many years. The design has evolved as the legislation has changed. Eye bolts can be installed both internally and externally to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of buildings.

It is a requirement of BS EN365:25 and BS 7883:1997 Code of practise for application and use of Anchor Devices to BS EN795, that all anchor devices should be re-examined at least once every twelve months by a competent person!
