On completion of each job the Supervisor will ask the client to sign a work satisfaction docket* and ask the client if they are happy with the work that has been carried out. Management carry out independent spot checks which are recorded and made available to the client.
This procedure maintains service levels and quality control on all contracts and gives our clients the reassurance and confirmation that the work is being carried out safely and to the agreed standard.
*The work satisfaction docket contains a three part carbon copy, a client copy, a copy for our records and a copy supplied with our invoice.
